Lunar Cycles build beautiful, bespoke, single-speed, lightweight bicycles. We source vintage steel road frames to produce bikes which are lighter, stronger and more comfortable than those made with modern aluminium-alloy hybrid frames. After being stripped of all extraneous lugs and tunnels, these classic period frames are shot-blasted and powder coated before being painted to order. Each of our bikes is hand-built in our workshop be adding modern state-of-the-art components to the selected frames. Our optional hand-built wheels feature flip/flop rear hub which gives the cyclist choice of riding fixed or free wheel. Engineering the elegantly simple machine demands attention to detail, detail that makes every Lunar Cycle a fast, comfortable, durable and practical, stylish velocipede.
